chat eulenburgCastle Eulenburg (referring to the place said Ullenelsen) or castle David (named after its builder, the architect Victor David 1842-1920) is a beautiful building in eclectic style with neo-Gothic dominant built from 1878 to 1901 on a hillside of Moresnet with a park of one hectare and half transformed over time into a splendid wood. The property had a sandstone quarry whose stones are used for the construction of the castle. This is entirely in rubble and is built ine the shape of “L”.  It includes in the middle a large square tower with three floors covered by a slate roof, towers with conical roofs, windows cone-shaped, crenellated gables, turrets, niches and other fantasies.

The castle is not accessible.
