vue pano homb 1Hombourg small village of just over 1,000 inhabitants of the town of Plombières is perched on the ridge between the valleys of Gulp and ‘Gueule’. It was first mentioned in 1070. The cross of Schaesberg the name of the hill where it rises is at an altitude of 275 meters. The panoramic view to the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium worth a glance. A multitude of scattered hamlets and localities, of landscape and hilly walks, stone and half-timbered farms worth visiting. The borders of the locality join the famous American Cemetery (called from Henri-Chapelle) with almost 8,000 graves marble from Carrara and his beautiful parc. The locality is also famous for its folklore, its harmonies and its companies' Joupes "and" Brices.
